Terms And Conditions 

Service Agreement

By booking services with Slobber Chops Dog Walking, you the client agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern the provisions of dog walking and pet care.

Services Provided 

We provide the following services:

. Regular and ad-hoc dog walks

. Solo walks and group walks

. Home visits and pet sitting for dogs and other pets

. Feeding and medication (agreed in advance)

All services will provided as per the agreed schedule and tailored to your pet's needs which will be discussed at the meet and greet.

 

Enrolment 

 Enrolment forms will be required giving full details of all pets using Slobber Chops Dog Walking services. Only upon completion will a commence date be issued. All information will be held securely.

 

Client Responsibilities 

Client agree to:

. Provide full and accurate information about their pet(s), including medical conditions and behavioural issues 

. Ensure all dogs are microchipped, vaccinated, flea-and worm-treated and legally tagged with and ID (as per the Control of Dogs Order 1992)

. Provide all necessary equipment in safe working order (e.g, leads, harness, collar)

. Notify us of any changes to your dog's health or routine 

​. Slobber Chops Dog Walking reserves the right to refuse to walk bitches in season, if an alternative solo walk cannot be arranged. 

Dog Behaviour 

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if a dog shows aggression, is uncontrollable, or poses a risk to people, other animals or property. Any behaviour concerns should be disclosed at the meet and greet.

 

Photos and Social Media 

With your consent, we may take photographs of your dog during walks to enable us to provide you with updates and for promotional purposes on social media and/or our website. No personal details will be disclosed.

Bookings and Cancellations 

. Bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advanced 

. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 100% charge of service

. If access can't be gained to a property  full rate of service will be charged.

. Repeated cancellations or last-minute changes may result in refusal of future bookings.

​Payment Terms 

​. Full payment will be required by the Friday of each week that the walk(s) have been undertaken.Payment should be via bank transfer.

.  Rates are subject to change with prior notice.

Access to property

You grant Slobber Chops Dog Walking permission to access your property for purpose of collecting and returning your pet, along with drop in's and pet sitting. 

Keys/codes will be kept secure and confidential 

​

Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your pets, we accept no liability for:

​

. Injury, loss or illnesses arising from pre-existing health conditions, escape or accidents beyond our control

. Damage or injury caused by your pet to property, people or animals 

. Escape due to faulty leads, gates or enclosures not supplied or secured by us

. In the event of an emergency Slobber Chops Dog Walking will contact the owner and/or, any additional listed emergency contact(s).  

​. In the event of illness or accident Slobber Chops Dog Walking will reserve the rights to contact the clients vet (or where appropriate) the nearest vet directly. The client will be responsible for any costs issued by the veterinary practice.

. You agree that you are responsible for the cost of any necessary veterinary treatments whilst your dog is in the care of Slobber Chops Dog Walking.

​We carry public liability insurance and pet care business insurance for your peace of mind.

Termination 

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 7 days notice. We also reserve the right to cancel services with immediate effect for safety or welfare concerns.
